Citrine Accounting Refund Policy
- *Refund Eligibility:* We offer refunds on services purchased directly from us within 24 hours of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the service must not have been rendered or utilized in any form.

Once your request is received and approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
- *Refund Approval:* Refunds are subject to approval based on the circumstances surrounding the request. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the service has been partially or fully utilized, or if the request does not meet the eligibility criteria.
- *Refund Method:* Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Please allow7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your account.
- *Exclusions:* Certain services may not be eligible for refunds, such as personalized consultations or services that have already been provided or initiated.
